Refund & Subscription Policy

1. Overview

Perfect Shape Body Sculpting DBA Laura Meza provides body sculpting services, client support, and, when applicable, access to independent licensed medical providers. Because prescription medications and pharmaceutical products are regulated, pharmacy laws restrict refunds and returns once medications have been processed or dispensed.

Please review this policy carefully before placing an order or enrolling in a program.

2. Prescription Medications & Pharmaceutical Products

All prescription medications and compounded pharmaceutical products are final sale once processed by the pharmacy.

Due to federal and state regulations:

Prescription medications cannot be returned.
Dispensed medications cannot be reused or resold.
Refunds cannot be issued after pharmacy fulfillment.

If your prescription is not approved by a licensed provider, you will not be charged for medication. If payment was already collected, you will receive a full refund.

Side effects or adverse reactions do not qualify for a refund. If you have medical concerns, contact your licensed provider through the patient portal. For emergencies, call 911 or seek immediate in-person care.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations Before Fulfillment

Orders may begin processing shortly after submission.

Cancellation requests must be submitted immediately by emailing [email protected].

Cancellation is not guaranteed once medical review or pharmacy processing has begun.

If your order is successfully canceled before pharmacy fulfillment, a refund may be issued minus a $99 administrative processing fee.

No refunds will be issued once medication has been fulfilled by the pharmacy.

4. Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms

Some Perfect Shape Body Sculpting programs may operate on recurring subscription cycles.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.

To prevent renewal, you must cancel at least 72 hours before your next billing date.

Cancellation requests must be submitted by emailing [email protected].

If a subscription renewal is processed and canceled before pharmacy fulfillment, you may receive a refund minus a $99 administrative processing fee.

Once medication has been processed or shipped, the order is final and non-refundable.

5. Mid-Cycle Cancellations

If you cancel during an active billing cycle:

You remain financially responsible for the full current cycle.
Cancellation will prevent future renewals only.
No prorated refunds are provided for partially used cycles.

6. Important Regulatory Notice

Perfect Shape Body Sculpting DBA Laura Meza does not manufacture medications and does not practice medicine. All medical evaluations, treatment decisions, and prescriptions, if appropriate, are made independently by licensed healthcare providers.

This policy is intended to comply with applicable pharmacy regulations and federal guidelines governing prescription medications.
